We work with DHL as our go-to carrier for national and international shipping, except for certain bulk freight shipments.

Orders from abroad

Goods are delivered only against prepayment (bank transfer or PayPal/credit card). Payments from foreign banks are credited to us, in part, only after the deduction of high fees. These deductions will be factored into the cost. We will be happy to assist and advise you.

Deliveries to Austria

For deliveries to private consumers in Austria the 20 % VAT is applied.

Deliveries to Switzerland

Of course, you can easily order from Switzerland. To answer the most frequently asked questions, we have compiled this document for our Swiss customers.

General Information for Deliveries to Non-EU Countries

For orders from/to non-EU countries, we reduce our prices according to the German VAT included therein. You will then have to pay the import sales tax applicable in the country of receipt. Under certain circumstances, additional customs duties will be charged, of which we can not provide any information.

* Deliveries to Great Britain in particular

For orders delivered to Great Britain there is a minimum order value of £135 at the current euro exchange rate, due to Brexit.
